Born and raised Miami (Mercy Hospital) I went to goof around LA for a couple weeks...back in 1980! Needless to say, I did a lot out there over the past 35 years and really came to enjoy the semi arid climate (the air conditioning is free, courtesy of mother nature), desert (racing, 4 wheeling), mountains, even the beaches (Malibu!) but have been sorely missing the warm waters of home.
